During “Tour du Bureau”, your event starts right in your office: single or open-plan offices, meeting rooms, tea kitchen, long corridors, the corner with the copier: everything becomes an event location. Even in the warehouse and in the elevator, the most diverse challenges await you:
How well does the flying beer bottle work out in the team? Which team builds the most unusual miniature golf course for the indoor golf? Does your team show taste-sensitivity during the blind tasting? Does the photo crime story have a happy ending? And for whom?

During the “Tour du Bureau” event, we divide your group into several small teams. These work together and go through different stations one after the other. While you relax with good food and drink following the activities at your favourite restaurant or in the meeting room of the office, we evaluate the task solutions and compile the most beautiful photos of the different teams for the final award ceremony.
In a first step, we only need a true-to-scale floor plan of your office and some photos to examine the feasibility. It is only in a second step that we make an on-site appointment in order to examine the concrete possibilities of designing your “Tour du Bureau” event. In most cases, informative photos and a floor plan, along with a few explanations over the phone, are sufficient enough to go without a location check and save on additional costs.
- price per person for up to two hours of activity: starting at 59 Euros (net); this price applies to groups of 20 people or more
- price per person for every further hour: 10 Euros (net); this price applies to groups of 20 or more people
- The fixed rate for groups of less than 20 people is 1,180 Euros (net) (please add VAT) for the first two hours and an extra of 200 Euros (net) for every further hour.
- German VAT is 19 %.
- Costs for food and beverages are not included in the above-mentioned prices.
